Our client supports the customers by identifying and developing opportunities in key end markets such as electrical and electronics, transportation, medical devices, construction, packaging, agri-nutrients and clean energy.
Our client has more than 33,000 employees worldwide and operates in more than 50 countries. Fostering innovation and a spirit of ingenuity, they have about 12,500 global patent filings, and have significant research resources with innovation hubs in five key geographies - USA, Europe, Middle East, North East Asia and South East Asia.
* Fulfill all Customer Service and Supply Chain activities by sustaining the reputation of the company.
* Ensuring accurate orders processing, efficient shipments tracking and timely delivery to customers as per company standards to meet the targets and customers satisfaction. Responsible for the full Order to Cash (OTC) process.
* Building and maintaining long-term relationship with the customers and continuously optimize the customer service levels and logistic performance.
* Controlling the execution process and other logistic costs of direct sales & replenishment deliveries such as dead freight, demurrage and diversion costs.
* Monitoring and controlling customers' shipments to facilitate any difficulties within the delivery cycle, including managing related claims and complaints.
* Following up the shipments with all service providers, customs brokers and any other concerned party.
* Ensuring the quality and efficiency of documentation processes for the company and ensuring that LC are comply within company policy and standard operating procedures.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant, professional work experiences is required
* 2+ years of experience in a customer service or foreign trade role
* Strong oral and written communication skills both in English & Turkish
* Ability to work in a dynamic, flexible environment where priorities are continually changing
* Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (especially Excel/Word) and web-based applications
* SAP Experience a plus
* Ability to interact with the customer in a helpful and friendly manner and to understand customer needs
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Ability to set priorities and manage time in a dynamic work environment
* Good problem solving, analytical and math skills
