Job Description

• Develop the product vision and create a product roadmap and aligning with IT & Business
• Determine the priorities of the works to be done in line with the expectations of the customers in accordance with the concept of value maximization
• Working with different technology and analyzing of the new demands with customer, business, IT and developer teams
• Monitor the progress of the work done in line with the product and Sprint targets
• Work with Product Management and other stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize product backlog items,
• Managing requirement engineering workshops
• Take over the role as single point of contact for specific products and become communication responsible for the product to convince the customer about deliverables and solutions
• Responsible for team performance and continued improvement in team work is expected

Qualification

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related experience
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies
• Demonstrated experience at driving Agile transformations from design to implementation
• Knowledgeable of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps, etc.)
• Development background or familiar with a Java environments
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cooperatively in a high-performing team,
• Strong analytical problem-solving and having decision- making skills,
• Fluent (verbally and written) in German and English
• Experience in the software life cycle and Agile methodologies,
