Memorial Hospitals Group was established in February, 2000 with the mission of becoming a world-class brand in Healthcare. Memorial employees more than 7.000 staff with 11 hospitals and 2 medical centers and 1 wellness center that are located throughout Turkey in cities such as İstanbul, Ankara, Kayseri, Antalya and Diyarbakır.

We are looking for a UX-UI designer for our rapidly growing young and dynamic team. If you have experience in designing the user interface of responsive websites from scratch, if you are interested in the health sector, if the idea of ??developing our ever-growing projects together is attractive to you, we would like to see you in our digital channels team consisting of both local and foreign experts.

As a UX-UI designer, you will be responsible for designing the user interfaces, you will work hands-on with front-end and back-end developers to implement UI elements into Memorial’s new microsite’s and landing pages to attract new patients all around the world. 

Responsibilities

·       Transforming low-fidelity wireframes into high-fidelity user experiences across digital platforms by designing screen layouts, color palettes, typography, user interface elements, motion graphics, animation effects and icons

·       A good theoretical and practical grasp of interaction design issues, the continually evolving vocabulary of interaction and UI design, and an ability to explain this simply to others.

·       Designing clean and pleasing user interfaces and evaluating them through user-testing. Gathering user feedbacks and reflect feedbacks into design output

·       Developing a deep understanding of the patient’s needs to improve user experience, acting like a customer’s advocate

·       Working on the continious development of a visual style, design, and overall look of the existing pages

·       Documenting and maintaining user interface design specification and templates

Qualifications 

·       Min. 3 year experience in creating wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and clickable prototypes is a must

·       Design experience in mobile platforms, web and desktop applications and has knowledge of Responsive design / coding.

·       Passion for creating user-friendly, appealing, and consistent user interfaces

·       Excellent working knowledge of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision

·       Self motivated and eager to learn about technological developments

·       Knowledge and experience about UI Development browser load testing, cross browser compatibility, responsive compatibility tests.

·       Excellent oral and written skills in English

·       Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design or related fields
