Human Resources Specialist/ Assistant Specialist

Mefar Pharmaceuticals, is the Contract Development & Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in Turkey and the neighboring region for sterile injectable products. We are looking for a 'Human Resources Specialist/Assistant Specialist' for our Human Resources Department 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments ( Preferably in Industrial Engineering),
• SAP HR and Success Factors using experience, 
• At least 4 years experience in recruitment, organizational development, training processes,
• Very good knowledge of English,
• Positive, solution oriented, team player, good communication skills,
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines,
• Multitasking ability in a dynamic environment,
• Advanced organization skills and follow up skills, result oriented.

Job Description

• Designing and implementing development processes (in-house career paths, mentoring processes, etc.) by considering the efficiency and needs of the organization,
• Executing the recruitment process for related department,
• Analyzing training needs, arranging trainings, following up the training budget,
• Carrying out and following up the performance management system of her/his account,
• Following up the organizational structure change and updating the charts,
  
• Providing the initial support and additional follow-up to employees for all HR related inquires.
