QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Advanced level (At least B2) of English ;
- Conversational level of Turkish;
- Preferably having a medical tourism background;
- Great communication skills with a trust building attitude;
- Good listener and good explainer with patience;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Energetic and passionate about the tasks;
- Good reporting skills.
Job Description:
- Assisting the patients at all stages regarding their operations;
- Providing translations between the doctors and the patient;
- Guiding, accompanying and visiting the patients whenever necessary;
- Organizing the transfers between the airport-hotel and the clinics;
- Taking initiatives when necessary, problem-solving attitude;
- Constant communication with the Sales and Operation Teams;
- Following up with the patients in post-op period.
