We are looking for a Consultant to join our Financial Due Diligence Services Team in Istanbul. The ideal candidates should have the following qualifications;

 ·         Minimum 3 - 4 years audit / financial due diligence experience in a reputable audit / advisory firm

·         Majors considered: Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Technical, Business Administration
·         Fluent in English
·         Excellent analytical skills
·         Excellent team member
·         Proven ability to learn and adapt to new contexts
·         Focused on meeting deadlines with the highest level of quality
·         Hard working, ready to take on responsibility
·         Having no obstacles for traveling
·         Military obligation for male candidates: Completed or postponed for at least 2 years.

Responsibilities:

·         Analyze the accounts.
·         Prepare financial due diligence reports.
·         Provide support to due diligence services management in the engagement planning, processing and management processes.
·         Develop and maintain strong professional relationship with clients and the team.
·         Take part in different transaction services assignments (mostly financial due diligence projects, but not limited to it).
