QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Role Description

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to plan and execute digital marketing strategies across various platforms
  • Measure and analyze advertising performance, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Analyzing web traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) weekly, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve brand visibility and engagement across digital channels.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and opportunities
  • Create and manage ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Twitter, and other relevant channels.
  • Monitor and optimize budgets for maximum ROI across campaigns.
  • Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase or similar to evaluate campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, Google algorithm updates ,and best practices,
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

 

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the fintech or investment  industry.
  • Advanced English language
  • Proficiency in digital advertising tools, such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and structured data
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to deliver clear and concise updates to stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with performance measurement techniques, such as A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative environment.
