QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduates from bachelor's degree / associate degree departments of universities
• Experienced in bill of materials management and creation/modification (SAP-BOM)
• Knowledge of SAP Master data and Bill of Materials modules (PP-PD-MM-SD)
• Being positive, solution oriented and a good Team Player
• Investigative, responsible and attentive
• Preferably have knowledge about product management, change management, production processes,
• Knowledge of auto parts and systems
• Have SAP reporting competencies and general problem-solving skills,
• Good verbal and written skills in English (at least B1)
• Good command of MS Office programs,
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCIRIPTION

The purpose of the position;

• In the SAP system (in new projects and serial projects), this  position is responsible for the correct opening of the product, semi-product and material codes and follows the master data creation process carried out over the system. It ensures that the master data is kept up to date.
• Creates the master data and BOMs of all codes in the product design in accordance with the time plans and ensures that they are up-to-date,
• Acts as the key user of the department for the SAP MM module,
• Defines the production version and product work plan of the products,
• Ensures that the product trees are in harmony with the relevant product design BOMs,
• Taking part in the process of creating BOM of products and semi-finished products, working in coordination with the relevant departments, ensuring the integration and updating of all BOMs in the system,
• By frequently analyzing the main data in the system, it catches potential errors and detects and corrects update needs.
