GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

· Graduated from Mechanical, Metallurgy and Materials, Industry, Manufacturing Engineering departments of universities,

· At least 2 years of experience in quality in the automotive industry,

· Good command of English,

· Able to use Microsoft Office programs and experienced in SAP, QM,

· To be able to interpret technical drawings, technical specifications, measurement and test techniques,

· Knowledge of basic quality tools, FMEA, 8D, PPAP, control plan, SPC competencies,

· Result oriented, high persuasiveness,

· Advanced analytical thinking, problem solving and communication skills,

· Strong organizational and referral skills,

· Quick decision making and creating practical solutions,

· Residing in Bursa.

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Analyzing internal problems, organizing interdepartmental organizations, following up and reporting the results,

· To follow and coordinate the calibration process of the whole OSB group,

· To follow the MSA, Risk Analysis, Cost of poor quality activities of the relevant departments,

· Follow-up of the process quality activities of the relevant production locations,

Improvement of retouching and discard ppm,

· In case of a problem or error in the processes for which it is responsible, taking the issue to QA and providing diagnosis,

· To follow up the opened SPC cards by making measurements for the seat SPC points specified in the special characteristics list,

· To revise the control plan in case of changes made to the line, quality errors and the addition of a new poka-yoke.
