QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields,
• Preferably at least 4 years experience in purchasing processes,
• Good command of English is required both verbal and written,
• Good command of MS Office programs, especially in Excel,
• Preferably knowledge of SAP,
• Ability to manage change initiatives in a proactive way,
• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills and analytical mindset with reporting skills,
• Team and target oriented mindset,
• Available for global business trips,
• Candidates living in Bursa will be primarily preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Purchasing Method Responsible, this person will support the purchasing team in the development of purchasing activities and will conduct material expenditure analyzes and cost comparison studies.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Contributing to purchasing development,
• Comparing the costs of new potential suppliers for purchased materials,
• Comparison of insource and outsource costs,
• Identifying and implementing savings initiatives,
• Supporting internal departments (Quality, Logistics, Financial and Intelligent Technologies) in purchasing-related topics,
• Data analysis,
• Trattativa and purchasing projection.
