Ensure that restaurant team have good knowledge of wine and food.

Control on a daily basis the proper storage, aging rotation, and temperature of all stock in beverage store room and report any problems and malfunctions.

Ensures all beverage equipment and wine lists are clean and updated with correct vintage and out of stock items.

Checks and monitors the service bar operations (Main service bar and restaurant bar).

Liaises with the Stock Controller to ensure efficient ordering and stock levels during high and low seasons (have proper inventory system in place for the cellar and review receiving / ordering procedures)

Performs any other reasonable duties as required by the Food & Beverage Manager/Director

Requirements:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks.
• Must be a self-motivator and motivator of others.
• Must work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
• Must be able to relate to all levels of Guests and management.
• Must have a minimum of two years experience in a similar position, preferably in luxury environment.
• Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time.
• Must be able to consistently delight and satisfy our Guest.
• Must have very good communication skills.
• Must have excellent attention to details, and extensive service knowledge.
