loveturkey is a travel agency and service provider specialising in travel to Turkey. We are focused on creating innovative solutions, increasing the value of services offered to both clients and customers.

 Reporting to the CTL, the SMCC will focus on creating and editing content for the company and its partners to be published on social media platforms. The SMCC will also assist in planning and implementing content for maximum exposure to target audiences. SMCC should work well with the CT, be open to new ideas and understand the company requirements. SMCC will also be required to create and suggest original ideas and methods to increase exposer and grow the target audience base. 

For our company loveturkey in Antalya, we need new team members for;

·        Creating, reviewing, editing, and updating content for company websites and social media accounts.

·        Use Adobe Cloud and online apps to create and edit media content for publishing.

·        Create graphics, edit photos or videos as required by the company and CT.

·        Researching current trends, developments and key words for maximum reach.

·        Assisting the CT with the design and production of content and design materials.

·        Use social media to publish content and promote company initiatives.

·        Collaborating with CT, management and internal departments to establish campaign objectives and complete projects or tasks.

·        Monitoring social media and company website metrics and the analytics for reporting.

·        Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and reach a wider audience.

·        Double check content and proofread written pieces before publication.

·        Conduct keyword research and add approved hashtags to optimize content exposer.

·        Monitor engagement and track performance of content (e.g. comments and shares).

·        Report content performance, audience engagement and concerns to CTL.

·        Identify audience needs and recommend new ideas to CTL.

·        Mentoring and training junior team members.

·        Strategizing, solving issues and working with all team members to achieve a desirable outcome.

·        Check all channel of company communications for new information and instructions.

·        Managing multiple projects and ensuring project deadlines are met. 

We aim to recruit the suitable candidates who

·        Strong understanding of social media platforms to include, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc.

·        Experience using Adobe Cloud and Microsoft Office applications.

·        Must have experience in photography and videography.

·        Have a good level of both written and spoken English Language, as well as reading and comprehension

·        Excellent research, organizational, and time management skills.

·        Strong listening and communication skills.

·        The capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

·        Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.

·        Capable of working within a corporate environment

·        Strong time management and multi-tasking skills

·        Being attentive, responsible, analytical and self-motivated

·        Positive and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment

·        Minimum 1 year office experience is preferred but not essential.
