Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred),
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting within corporate firms,
• Preferably experienced in an audit firm,
• Knowledge and application of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards),
• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, variance analysis, and preparing financial statements,
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Netsis),
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools,
• High attention to detail, ability to work with multiple tasks and deadlines,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different departments,
• Strategic thinking ability and strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented,
• Open to innovative changes and adaptable to new environments.
• Completed military service for male candidates
• Living in Manisa or Izmir.

Job Description

• Develop, manage, and oversee the company's annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and strategies,
• Prepare detailed financial forecasts, compare performance with the budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions,
• Ensure the preparation of financial reports in compliance with IFRS reporting standards,
• Collect and analyze data from different departments for budgeting and financial planning purposes,
• Prepare monthly financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial summaries,
• Manage the annual independent audit process.
