• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
• 6+ years experience in corporate events/organizations,
• Have a command of corporate events, congresses, meetings, fairs, dealer/business partner organizations,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications,
• Following technological and digital developments and trends,
• Strong communication, following up and analytical skills, a good team player, result-oriented,
• Prioritization, organization, and project management skills; attention to detail,
• High collaboration with other functions & departments, at all levels,
• Having no travel restrictions,
• Having a Class B license,
• Attentive to the language used within the company

What we expect from the Senior Event Specialist

• Planning and managing logistics of all event details, from conception to execution,(decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc.)
• Organizing and managing a wide range of corporate events including congresses, press conferences, seminars, meetings, fairs and annual business partner meetings, (Online, physical participation, webinar, etc.)
• Coordinating and following up the operations before and after the event in all events organized, attended, sent or sponsored by the company,
• Coordinating and monitoring the activities with internal departments/ business partners,
• Developing and enriching contents within events by following industry and market trends,
• Providing accurate information flow with agency and 3rd party institutions for event operations,
• Preparing post-event reports and following post-event PR issues,
• Sharing necessary event announcements in corporate channels.(web page, etc.)
