• Graduated from related undergraduate departments of universities,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Ability to provide clear vision and direction while attending to details,
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills,
• Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in working with customer portals, B2B platforms, etc,
• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies and practices regarding digital development,
• Extensive knowledge in agile development practices and ways of working,
• Strong knowledge in leading and empowering team members without formal reporting line,
• Knowledge of leading in a modern digital environment,
• Up-to-date with relevant market trends and best practices,
• Dynamic and result-oriented with high awareness,
• Attentive to the language used within the company

What we expect from the Platform Owner

• Ensure the realization of the agreed roadmap and relevance by staying aligned with enterprise goals and all stakeholders,
• Ensure a technology focus as well as bringing the customer and usability perspective 
• Work very close to Logo Group CIO and software development teams and similarly be responsible for the backlog,
• Ensure the development stays aligned with the set-out business goals and contributes to a strong and relevant set of service offerings,
• Provide direction and clarification to the CIO team on how to interpret and implement business needs on a day by day and operational level,
• Actively participate in sprint planning to clarify features and user stories,
• Prioritize and iterate strategic roadmap, guiding user story mapping and communicating customer problems to solve and jobs to be done,
• Working closely together with internal stakeholders within departments including but not limited to marketing, sales, support and finance departments across Logo as well as in the team
