Position Description

Lindsay Sulama is hiring a new Human Resources Associate in Corlu, Turkey. The position will be responsible for the full support of day-to-day HR activities at Lindsay Plant. These activities cover recruitment arrangements, onboarding– offboarding procedures, other employee relations during the complete employee lifecycle, as well as the related documentation, filing and management of Time&Attendence systems. Position will report to Director of Human Resources, EMEA&APAC.

Position Details

HR Associate is a temporary (6 months) full-time salaried position.

 Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as a partner to managers of the Plant  and work with team leaders to ensure and develop employee engagement by analyzing and understanding social climate and follow complaints in order to anticipate conflicts, minimize labor dispute/unrest and create a positive work environment that enables productivity enhancement
•  Manage hourly employee’s recruitment process, support managers to understand and qualify their needs and to involve them to improve quality of recruitment
• Having active role in all ongoing and developing HR projects as performance management, talent acquisition, organizational development and discipline processes
• Planning and conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
• Supporting team on determining training needs, preparing yearly training plan, organizing training programs
• Provide assistance to employees on various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation, benefits, policies, etc.
• Check the continuity and absenteeism of the employees and to record them in the system and report (Time&Attendance system management)
• Organize motivational events and encourage participation to develop employee engagement
• Preparing the required reports related to HR topics
• Improve employee relations and employee communication
• Own complete employee lifecycle and related documentation and filing. (Hire to retire procedures)

 Preferred Qualifications

•  A  four-year bachelor's degree in Administrative / Social Sciences
• No experince requried
• Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical ability and eagerness to learn
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work with critical timelines
• Self-motivated and excellent team player
• Project management skills
• Ability to exercise good judgement, independent decision making and problem solving skills
• Very good command of both written and spoken English (This is a must and and part of the intwerview will be in English)
