QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduated from technical high schools or vocational schools of motor, machinery, electrical and electronics or similar departments or graduated from technical/engineering departments of universities
• Preferably experienced in tobacco industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Preferably proven experience as a shift leader, or in a similar managerial role in managing a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, prone to teamwork and cooperation skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Result oriented and responsible
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Willing to work in 3 shifts
• Fulfilling military service for male candidates
• Preferably residing in Tire/Torbalı
• Having Class B driving license

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Informing other departments with daily activity reports, ensuring that the procedures determined by the department are carried out
• Ensuring that the works specified in the weekly production plan are carried out
• Making shift plans, managing the team
• To report periodically to the manager to whom it is affiliated
• To undertake the responsibilities for the realization of the production in the desired quality and quantity
• To ensure the effective and efficient operation of the production line
• To provide shift order and personnel follow-up
• Follow-up of personnel leave
• To organize work on production continuity
• To solve the problems that arise in personnel or other elements during operation and production
• Controlling the production quality
• Working in coordination with the quality department, ensuring quality inspection
• Managing research and development methods in the production process
• Following daily preventive maintenance and implementing TPM activities
• Ensuring correct use of equipment and solving problems
• Supporting and managing staff development
• To arrange the maintenance and repair times of devices and machines and to ensure that this happens
• To ensure that all activities taking place in the production area are carried out in accordance with occupational safety rules and regulations
• To ensure that shift workers come to work on time and to follow them
• To teach the work rules and requirements to the shift staff
• To ensure the general order and arrangement in the production areas
• To provide information flow to other shift supervisors and team members about the problems occurring in the shift and their solutions
• Contributing to the studies carried out to increase productivity in production, producing solutions
• To ensure that the specified forms are filled in daily basis and to follow up
• On time daily/monthly/annual system registrations production related data, activities & reports
