We are looking for a very dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Learning and Development Team.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduated from a reputable university,
• 2-4 years of related work experience in a corporate learning environment,
• Experience in learning management systems (Successfactors Learning module experience is a plus)
• Sound understanding of digital learning contents (Scorm, AICC, video contents, etc)
• Good knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Good organizational skills,
• Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills,
• No restriction for travel,
• No military obligation.

Job Description

• Using Success Factors learning module for training planning, recording and evaluation
• Managing learning and development programs and budget
• Development and implementation of learning curricula and functional learning programs
• Creating new learning and development approaches in accordance with organizational needs
• Learning provider management
• Creating learning reports using of both LMS (Success Factors) and other analytics tools, (Excel, power BI, etc.)
• Supporting other human resources projects where needed
