We are looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Specialist who is willing to be a part of our family based at headquarter in Tuzla.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·           Prepare yearly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports and notes in accordance with TFRS,

• Coordinate with various departments and prepare recurring working trial balances and financial reporting packages,
• Coordinate annual financial statement audits of the Group,
• Prepare quarterly management reports of companies and present to top management,
• Act as the financial controller of the subsidiary that is located in Poland and provide support in IFRS reporting package if needed,
• Ad hoc support on transactions with regards to TFRS financial statements and analysis,
• Produce financial soundness reporting that is provided to main suppliers and customers of the Group,
• Coordinate yearly independent audit process,
• Communicate with domestic/foreign subsidiaries and perform Intercompany account reconciliation,
• Provide assistance to financial affairs department in  financial reporting and/or  financial analysis,
• Responsible for preparation of all regulatory reports,
• Work closely with the Group CFO and support the CFO in other financial reporting & analysis as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• BS degree in Accounting, Business Management, Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent
• Preferably has maximum 5 years of experience in Finance and Reporting, with minimum 2 years of work experience with one of the Big4 audit firms
• Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards and basic consolidation knowledge
• Good knowledge of IFRS, and experienced in statutory and tax compliance
• Advanced MS office skills
• Excellent command of verbal and written English
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• CPA (or equivalent) qualified or part qualified
