We are looking for a Learning Experience Designer Specialist to join the Office of Learning and Teaching (KOLT) Directorate of our university who meets the following criteria:

Qualifications

• Ph.D or Master's degree in STEM or social sciences from an international or an English medium university from Türkiye (This position is not open to current graduate students or applicants planning to pursue graduate education. Ph.D. or master diploma is a must.)
• International applicants with a work permit are encouraged to apply for this position.
• At least three years of professional experience, preferably as a trainer, educator, etc.
• Having working experience abroad is an asset,
• Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize multiple projects, ability to track progress on multiple tasks with minimal or no supervision,
• Strong presentation skills in English
• Ability to work for academic projects at an international level
• Strong AI and educational technology skills 
• Knowledge of data management, website and social media
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Flexibility in the work schedule as needed.

Job Description 

• Working in coordination with other members of the KOLT to organize the weekly, monthly, and yearly program of training programs and support services
• Assisting the design and delivery of faculty, graduate and undergraduate student workshops regularly offered by KOLT staff
• Developing and delivering new training programs for faculty members, teaching assistants and students on current topics in education
• Communicating with students and faculty members to identify their diverse learning needs
• Writing reports for academic and administrative offices in the university
• Keeping herself/himself abreast with recent issues, trends and innovations in teaching and learning in higher education and reflecting his/her understanding in practice.
