Location manager (m/f/x) in Istanbul

Istanbul – full-time

Your tasks

• Managing the entire site as well as several projects, from setting up the project and implementing it to project controlling and reporting to the management
• Being responsible for customer accounts (projects/campaigns)
• Being the direct point of contact for customers, including negotiating conditions, contracts and data volumes; participating in tenders
• Managing personnel from (senior) project management to team leadership level
• Establishing agreed goals and monitoring their progress at (senior) project management level
• Planning and hosting weekly project meetings
• Being responsible for revenue planning (target/actual comparisons) and the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives in the project
• Performing special tasks in areas with potential, for example creating presentation documents, leading workshops and planning events
• Collaborating with talent management and human resources

Your profile

• Several years of professional leadership experience at a contact centre or service provider
• Extensive experience in employee leadership and controlling operational processes
• Excellent knowledge of leadership methods and tools, as well as feedback techniques
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to motivate
• Self-assured manner and positive attitude
• Sales-oriented approach, flexibility and organisational talent
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Ability to assert oneself and handle conflict
• Excellent negotiation skills and judgement
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and dialler applications
