What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Working with third-party and business line managers to understand the business needs
• Being responsible for executing end-to-end operations for all HR functions such as budget, reporting, HR analytics, compensation & benefits, terminations, employee relations management-related issues, etc.
• Taking an active role in the HR process of the Sales Organization
• Taking part in the development of the Employee Life cycle process’ projects. (Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention, and Exit)
• Taking a support role in workforce planning and budgeting
• Management of HRIS systems

What Will Be The Qualifications We Expect From You?

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Relations & Labor Economics or a closely related field
• Have a minimum of at least 4 years experiences of the following HR functions such as organizational development, compensation, payroll and legal regulations
• Having experience working with sales and marketing functions is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Applications; knowledge of HR SAP module is preferred
• No restrictions on travelling, expect travveling bi-weekly
