Is looking for a "Electrical Maintenance Supervisor" to work at Kerevitaş Oil & Fats Factory in Kurtköy, Istanbul. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for suitable candidates are described below.

What Are the Qualifications We Expect?

• University Degree from Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Electronic Communication Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in electrical maintenance and repair department
• PLC & Automation system knowledge and experience is necessary
• MCC and automation control board knowledge and design
• Fluent in English
• Good level of MS Office applications, knowledge of SAP is preferred
• Good level of planning and organization skills and industrial comminication infrastructures
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities,
• Strong problem solving mindset,
• Proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment and guidance to team members.
• Good project management skills to deliver projects on time,
• Willing to live in Anatolian side of İstanbul,

What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

• Maintenance and repair of electrical equipments and systems of machines
• Performing the necessary spare parts management for all technical works
• To define investment, upgrade and revisions for current and future periods; design with the feasibility; report to management regarding execution
• Following innovative technologies & solutions and applying the know-how into maintenance and projects, carrying out the development of studies.
• Planning to the procurement of internal and external services and materials needed for maintenance and repair activities and to ensure the necessary coordination for the procurement
• To direct and manage the team
• Planning and performing the necessary maintenance activities in order to keep the facilities and machines within the scope of their duties ready for production
