QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

2-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the butcher area.
Manages culinary operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.
Records guest complaints, requests and solutions and reports them to the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef or Sous Chef.
Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
Ensures compliance with food handling and HACCP standards.
Prior experience in a pre-opening luxury hotel environment (Preferably)
