Financial Business Controller

Reporting to Business Control and Reporting Manager, KAREL is looking for Financial Business Controllers to be employed in our İstanbul Office.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree of reputable universities,
• Experience in Business Control (min. 3 years experience is an asset),
• Minimum 7 years of finance background espacially in budgeting (min. 3 years of audit background is an asset),
• Fluent in English,
• Good communication skills to collaborate and coordinate with key stakeholders,
• Proactivity and problem solving mindset,
• Advanced skills in Excel,
• No travel restrictions

About The Role:

• Taking overall responsibility of the business unit for monthly closing, budget, forecast and business planning processes/routines.
• Work closely with all departments in the context of business controlling,
• Coordination of the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning procedures within the business units,
• Assist business & management & strategic decisions by providing data, sales & cost & profitability analysis and reports,
• PL (Profit&Loss) management of Business Units,
• Working capital management of Business Units,
• Monitor product and customer profitability,
• Perform feasibility studies,
• Check and control actual figures with plans
