We are seeking a “Quality Engineer” at our TUZLA facility.

QUALIFICATIONS

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Metallurgical and Materials Engineering
• Good command of both written and spoken English,
• Minimum 3 years experiences in Quality Department preferably in automotive industry.
• Experience with 8D reporting, root cause analysis, IATF 16949 standard, MSA, calibration, SPC, FMEA will be an asset.
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power Point and SAP knowledge will be an asset.
• Positive, self - motivated, proactive, team player, dynamic.
• Strong communication and management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead customer claim management process, make necessary analysis through 8D reports and supervise the root cause analysis (5Why, Ishikawa) team.
• Ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and applied within the company.
• Organize and manage all the activities related to the non-quality cost reduction program.
• Be the face of the company for all quality related audits& visits and make regular internal and supplier audits.
• Follow-up non quality cost and conduct improvement activities to reduce it.
• Prepare audit plan, ensure that all audits are performed on time and effectively.
• Coordinate and follow supplier quality claims and ensure that necessary actions are implemented.
• Work together with purchasing team follow supplier PPAP’s.
• Follow-up KPI’s and report quality metrics such as customer complaints, nonconformities, etc.
