For our Hotels' Team in Turkey, we are currently looking for an Executive Assistant Manager for Kairaba Bodrum Imperial in MP Hotel Management Turkey * Bodrum.

Your Main Tasks And Responsibilities

· Direct report to General Manager and manage all aspects of the Hotel services and ensure all service standards are in place with friendly and engaging service.

· Handle guest concerns proactively. Tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests.

· Proactively troubleshoot any issues arising in hotel operations.

· Evaluate hotel performance and ensure compliance with health and safety rules.

· Assist GM in managing the budget and controlling expenditures.

· Tracking hotel revenues, setting sales targets for in-house revenues and optimizing profits.

· Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per the category of the unit to receive and serve the guests.

· Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks

· Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures and state laws

Your Skills and Qualifications

· At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar field at 5*Hotels & Resorts.

· Self-motivated

-A service-oriented and outgoing personality with previous leadership experience

· Food & Beverage or Room background is required.

-Able to work on different shifts and weekends when necessary.

· Lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.

· Fluency in English and Turkish language is mandatory
