QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Min. 3 years experience in related field,
Fluency in both written and spoken English
MS Office Applications knowledge
Knowledge of importing goods from oversea countries
Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills,
Communication skills,
Eager to learn, open for improvement,
No military obligation (for men)
Located in Istanbul (Europe side)

Responsibilities and tasks

Managing all orders from local suppliers, raw materials or finished goods
Managing all import orders from oversea suppliers
Communicate with suppliers and get the best lead time
Dealing with costing
Creating purchase orders for 3rd party suppliers
Analyse customer’s request with sales team
Coordinate shipment priorities
Searching for alternative suppliers to work
Making regularly meeting with suppliers for customer needs
Monitor forecast and follow up quotations
