 About The Role

As a high-touch sales rep you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Working with our channel partners on high-value projects, you will be responsible for generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing deals. You will offer personalised and customised support to clients and partners to win.

  

What you'll do

  • Lead strategic high-value deal execution, supporting partners through the full sales cycle—from pipeline generation to closing high-value contracts
  • Own together with Flexiva channel partners the entire sales process/cycle for high value deals and bring them to success
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound cold calls and emails as well marketing activities
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects and team up with Flexiva’s channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Work with Flexiva’s Partner Managers to route qualified opportunities to the appropriate channel partners for further joint development and closure
  • Act as a trusted advisor to partners and clients, ensuring a deep understanding of Flexiva’s solutions and competitive advantages
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Flexiva’s channel/partner sales, marketing, and product team to optimize go-to-market strategies
  • Strong negotiation, deal-making, and closing expertise, with a history of exceeding quotas and winning strategic deals


What you will bring

  • Proven 2+ years’ experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a similar role. Graduates with extensive sales training/knowledge will be considered
  • Excellent communication skills both Turkish and English to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including customers, partners and internal teams. Knowledge of third language (eg. Arabic or French) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
  • Commercial acumen with an understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Strong phone presence and proficient with productivity and web presentation tools
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • University degree or equivalent
