Qualifications

• Graduated from engineering departments of universities (preferably industry engineering),
• A good team player with strong collaboration, active listening, and problem-solving skills,
• Reliability, responsibility, and excellent communication skills,
• Superior written and oral communication skills in English,
• Knowledge of operational excellence, lean management and agile methodology is a plus,
• Able to travel and keep up with the busy work schedule,
• Able to use MS Office and preferably SAP programs

Job description

• Contributing to continues improvement by designing new processes with lean methodology,
• Managing daily logistics processes with front line logistics team,
• Reporting relevant KPIs by making cost, efficiency and performance analyzes,
• Creating action plans to improve business performance,
• Taking an active role in the digitization of business processes,
• Taking part in innovation teams for process improvement,
• Managing business processes and communication with transport companies,
• Participating to the design and implementation of training programs,
• Working as a part of logistics risk assessment teams.
