QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

DESIGN WORKS COORDINATOR ARCHITECT 

We are looking for a architect to be stationed at our offices in of the country who will be responsible for the coordination of our design projects . He/she will report to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate should be willing to travel. The candidate shall interact with the Clients and the Design Teams consisting of Sub-Agencies as well as in-house Teams, to ensure the smooth execution of the Design Activities. He/she shall maintain the project records; shall monitor the progress, schedules, and budgets; shall assess the potential risks; shall participate in the technical meetings; shall prepare the official correspondences; and shall brief the management through the regular reports.

Location: Istanbul / Turkey 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

• MSc is preferred

• Minimum 10 years of experience in design activities of luxury residence / villa projects

• Team management experience is a plus

• It is preferable to be involved in luxury residence / villa project coordination in holiday resorts.

• Very good command of written and spoken English

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Knowledge of a CAD Software

Languages: English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
