GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

We are looking for an Procurement Governance Executive for our organization. The position will be directly reporting to Procurement Governance and Internal Customer Experience Division Manager.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields ( Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement / Project Management.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.
  • Experience in Project Management
  • ERP ( Axapta, SAP) knowladge, high knowladge level of SAP MM Module,


Job Description:

  • Continously control of group procurement standarts and operating model and ensure the correct implementation by continous montoring
  • Defining group policies & procedures
  • Creating procurement procedures, regulations, standards and forms
  • Analyzing different kind of procurement applications and make appropriate recommendations (Sourcing, e-auction, Contract Management Systems, e-invoice, etc.)
  • Evaluating the data, making periodic standard and instant reports (Open Request, Open Order, Agenda tracking, etc.)
  • Preparing and managing the department budget
  • Identification of development and improvement spheres, Process Improvement, action plans in all work related to the Risk Management team (creation of the Risk Management report, execution of the Business continuity program and ensuring the necessary arrangements for taking actions)
  • To inform the senior management of the companies by preparing reports containing the purchasing data of all companies periodically.
  • Building operating model and business plan of supplier portal project and after construction ensure the portal as a living system.
