QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
INTEC ENERGY – Warehouse Logistics Specialist
INTEC Energy Solutions develops and builds high-quality full-turnkey solar power plants. The company delivers best-in-class Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services to its customers around the globe.
INTEC is one of the pioneering players in the renewable market with its proven track record of more than 1.7 GWp of secured pipelines and constructed solar power plants. As an international company, we are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Specialist.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management or business administration
- 2+ years of Warehouse or Logistics experience
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages
- Good command of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Having analytical and critical thinking skills
- Experience in executing multinational teams is nice to have
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques with proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Result-oriented and multi-tasking with good time management and strong organizational skills
- No restriction for international travel
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist unloading trucks, reading customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items being moved, gathered, distributed and/or shipped
- Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas
- Sorting and placing materials or items on racks or shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences such as size, type, style, color or product code
- Ensuring warehouse is accessible and safe for associates and customer traffic
- Assembling customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or relocation orders to holding areas or shipping department
- Marking materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
- Opening bales, crates, and/or other containers
- Assisting in counting of physical inventory
- Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
- Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
- Ensure shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
