INTEC ENERGY – Internal Team Manager
INTEC Energy Solutions develops and builds high-quality full-turnkey solar power plants. The company delivers best-in-class Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), and Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services to its customers around the globe.
INTEC is one of the pioneering players in the renewable market with its proven track record of more than 1.7 GWp of secured pipelines and constructed solar power plants. As an international company, we are looking for an Internal Team Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduated from relevant departments of universities,
- Having the ability to ensure the accuracy of shipments and inventory transactions
- No travel restriction as well as being able to reside abroad
- Strong communication skills and experienced in managing people
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel - Word- Outlook) is must
- Min. 3 years of experience in managing large teams at the construction site
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making team arrangements at the site in line with Site Manager's request
- Preparing and updating Daily Attendance List
- Tracking work performance of employees and making comparison of team members' performance and efficiency
- Communication with team members, trying to find solutions for issues at site
- Preparing the team for transfer to other sites, confirmation of arrival and tools handover
- Taking company card responsibility, as well as being responsible for registration of bills for purchasing and consumables
- Accommodation and transportation arrangements in collaboration with HR Administrative staff
- Organizing and checking accommodation facilities
- Following up employees' travel (departure - arrival) plan, hand tools and consumables
