As the Head of Legal at Insider day in and day out you;

• will ensure legal compliance with the work required for the legal obligations of our companies for all regions including corporate law, tax law, IP law,
• will lead the development, implementation, and administration of legal and compliance programs.
• will represent Insider in employment litigation matters including trials, hearings, depositions, and settlement conferences
• will serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on employment litigation matters
• will work closely with law firms and internal stakeholders on employment litigation matters
• will manage all aspects of employment litigation matters 
• will supervise and partner with outside counsel to ensure that all aspects of the company's legal representation are of the highest quality, including the day-to-day running of matters, overall strategy, written work, and oral advocacy
• will lead our Legal Team, where you will track their progress with the OKR and KPI system, motivate and guide them through constructive feedback, 1-1 sessions and be a servant leader.

• have 8+ years in relevant fields (having data privacy & protection experience is an advantage),
• have hands-on experience in legal and compliance on a global scale,
• are a proactive and self-directed person and you take initiative when necessary,
• love working in a multicultural environment, and have an excellent command of English to communicate effectively,
• have strong communication skills,
• are familiar with working closely and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, ever-growing, and challenging startup environment.
