With the inclusion of the 3rd plant in April 2019, İnci GS Yuasa has become the biggest battery manufacturer in the Turkish automotive industry.

We are seeking for a ‘Export Logistics Operatons Specialist' with below qualifications to work for our company İnci GS Yuasa Aku Manisa Plant in Supply Chain Department.

• Bachelor’s degree from preferably in Foreign Trade/ International Trade / Business Administration, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university,
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, second language as French is preferable,
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications ,
• Experienced in export transactions, customs regulation, and foreign trade legislation,
• Having knowledge about export operations and documentation,
• Capable of problem-solving, analytical thinking, questioning and research,
• Strong communication skills and taking an active role as a team member ,
• Residence in İzmir or Manisa is a must,
• No military obligation for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for operational processing of Letter of Credits and Guarantees,
• Executing and ensuring the processing of export operations,
• Carrying out the letter of credit transactions, prepare necessary documents in this direction,
• Coordinate with Production, Logistics, Finance,
• Monitoring of production planning,
• Organization of customs, transportation and export documents,
• To follow the customs/export regulations,
• Periodic reporting of export operations,
