QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university, a post graduate law degree would be preferred
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills required; including the ability to work effectively in multicultural environment.
• Comfortable with communication and providing appropriate challenge at operational board level as contributor and strategic legal advisor.
• Proven ability of being proactive, flexible, self-motivated, providing constructive challenge at times, report on progress, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the area of M&A Projects, Project Finance, Commercial Law, Contract Law, Intellectual Property Law.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing all kind of agreements and relevant documents regarding the Company business especially in mining, media and advertising sectors.
• Analyzing, drafting, negotiating, finalizing, and overseeing the approval process for all kinds of agreements including ensuring the follow-up of the rights and obligations of the Company within the framework of the agreements.
• Carrying out harmonious work as a business partner with the Company’s Sale, Acquisition, Finance, and HR unites within the framework of legal compliance in order to realize the Company's targets,
• Making necessary applications on behalf of the Company and its affiliates before the related governmental authorities.
• Monitoring of and advising upon changes in industry-applicable local legislation/regulations.
• Engaging and instructing external legal law firms, as necessary (including but not limited to in respect of material claims/litigation), in coordination with local, regional and divisional management.
