Mining Engineer

İlan Marble, a subsidiary of İlbak Holding located in Konya/Beyşehir, operating in the field of marble production, is looking for a team member to be assigned as a “Mining Engineer” who has knowledge about current technology and methods related to the mining sector, and who meets the qualifications listed below.

Required Qualifications:

- Graduated from the Mining Engineering department of universities, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in marble quarrying,

- Residing in / able to reside in Beyşehir,

- Holder of a permanent supervision certificate,

- Proficient in MS Office programs, knowledgeable in mine design and planning software (AutoCAD, NedCAD, etc.),

- Fluent in English,

- Preferably speaking Chinese,

- Able to work in shift system, adaptable to flexible working hours,

- Team player,

- Holding a Class B driver's license and able to drive actively,

- For male candidates, completed military service.

Job Description:

- Ensuring the flawless and complete realization of the designs and plans sent to the quarry subcontractor by the Mine Planning department for production,

- Supervising and controlling the subcontractor company to produce in accordance with technical, occupational safety, and quality standards,

- Creating and implementing efficiency, safety, and sustainability strategies in the mine site,

- Realizing coordination between departments regarding production.
