QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:

• Take responsibility for the documentation of ISO 27001 processes and follow up the process effectively
• Monitoring and reporting of all active and passive devices and performing preventive maintenance activities as necessary
• To respond to problems and requests of the user remotely or on-site and to produce solutions
• Prepare detailed documentation for IT inventories and keep them up to date,
• To provide management and support of software that manages internal processes,
• will be able to diagnose, install and manage the products of Barkode reader and printer manufacturers such as Zebra, Motorola, Symbol, etc.
• PC, hardware, Windows client and Server operating systems, LAN, WAN, VMWARE, FIREWALL, MS application software, printers and peripherals to support
• The overall technology for infrastructure configuration should be present and should be configured to configure services to Windows or Linux servers
• Need to know DNS configuration and network, firewall, AD, DHCP, etc. related network configuration on a particular server
• Technical support specialist, looking for a team partner
• Cyclic server restart and check for disability prevention work
• Compatibility check and system monitoring experience between various middleware products
• Responsible for connecting network details servers and installing and managing OS and SW on them

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a network infrastructure or similar role
• To be able to follow technical documents and make technical interviews in English
• Experienced in teamwork, communication and coordination skills English,
• Knowledge about the management and support of the Microsoft server and operating systems product family
• Preferably have MCSE certificate or have received system training
• Experienced in Basic TCP / IP, network, firewall products
• Preference is given to ISO 27001 processes and documentation
• SEPM, Symantec etc. know basic antivirus applications
• Has knowledge of the products of Barkode reader and printer manufacturers, such as Zebra, Motorola, Symbol, etc.
• Willing to explore and learn new topics, technologies and solutions
• Think analytically, communicate well and prepare technical documentation
• Requires a variety of knowledge of various IT fields to support specific service operations
• Solution-oriented regular and disciplined employee,
• Minimum upper intermediate, preferably advanced level of business English efficiency is required
• Driver License B and being able to travel when needed
• Able or willing to live in İzmit area
