We are currently seeking a team member to fill the Quality Supervisor position within our Quality Department.

General Qualifications: 

• Graduated from the engineering department of universities, 

• Having at least 5 years of experience in a similar field, 

• Proficient in English, 

• Customer and result-oriented, 

• Proficient in problem-solving techniques (why-why, fishbone, 8D), 

• Analytical thinking, planning, and organizational skills, 

• Advanced presentation skills, 

• Proficient in MS Office programs, 

• Able to use SAP, 

• Preferably experienced in the FMCG sector.

Job Description: 

• Ensuring the tracking and continuity of the complaint process according to customer expectations, conducting periodic reporting, 

• Managing, reporting, and tracking the validation process for actions taken during the complaint process according to their importance, 

• Preparing presentations when necessary for the processes it is responsible for, 

• Monitoring Score Card of specific customers, 

• Conducting regular reporting, including global reporting, 

• Attending customer meetings to gather customer expectations, 

• Timely reporting all important and risky issues regarding the system to the Quality Manager to whom it is affiliated.
