Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure follow-up of scheduled patient appointments
• Preparing all required documents and ensuring that all documents are correctly explained to the patient and completed
• Accompanying our patients throughout their stay and providing the necessary translation service
• To communicate face to face with our patients in clinic
• Handling complaints - Ensure all the complaints from the patients are handled delicately and informed to the In-charge.
• Contribute to the patient loyalty program by constructing a portfolio of satisfied treated patients, retaining relationships and winning their referrals

Requirements

• Are native or almost-native in written and spoken English,
• Bachelor degree in relevant field, Experience in patient relations, preferably in Health, Health Tourism or Tourism sector,
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills,
• Well organised and proactive.
• Are passionate, enthusiastic and sales driven,
• Have great organizational skills and persistence
