Criterias:

• Graduated from Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering departments of universities,
• Knowledgeable about assembly processes and production methodologies,
• Open to learning and development, with strong analytical thinking skills,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Proficient in English at an advanced level,
• Preferably experienced in a similar position within the manufacturing sector.
