• University degree,
• Min 3 years of HR generalist experience preferably with especially employer branding and talent attraction experience
• International company experience is a plus,
• Fluent in English,
• Good level of communication skills by staying approachable and responsive resource has ability to connect & enjoys being connected with employees at all levels,
• Energetic, proactive and self-starter,
• Enjoys working in dynamic environments,
• Team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.

Key Accountabilities:

• Managing end to end recruitment processes and managing perfect onboarding process of new hired employees within the scope of area.
• Supporting L&D activities of respective area starting from needs analyses and program design to evaluation and tracking of the development programs.

• Implementing of all global programs within the scope of area in line with the guidance of the superior and supporting development of HR local programs related with talent, development, culture, performance and responsible of tracking these programs.
• Provides reports to monitor the process effectiveness of respective area and suggest development action when needed to increase effectiveness of HR processes and ensure operational excellence.

• Supporting culture programs to create positive work environment by proposing new programs and supporting evolution of existing programs.

• Leading company talent attraction and employer branding initiatives by contributing to strategy design and ensure execution of these programs in collaboration with relevant internal and external stake holders in line with the company culture and global guidelines.

• Supporting internal communication strategy and being responsible for internal communication contents and channels with the guidance of the superior and global guidelines.

• Being responsible for the organization of company wide events.
