QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

To be a part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a Temporary Human Resources Specialist who will be located in Izmir office.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Knowledge in MS office applications
  • Good team player
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Eager to learn in an international environment
  • Self-motivated and able to handle various tasks at the same time
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

 

Job Description

  • Identify and assess training needs within the company.
  • Support organizational development activities.
  • Support onboarding process.
  • Evaluates the quality of training courses and implements improvements.
  • Monitoring training trends and innovations.
  • Being a team player in all HR related processes.
