To be part of our dynamic and passionate world, we are looking for a Sales Manager to be located in our Istanbul Atasehir office.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the related fields.

• A proven sales experience in the shipping industry.

• Min. 5 years of experience in team management

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English

• Proficiency in MS office applications 

• Systematic and efficient way of working

• Customer oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills.

• Driven by a passion for mentoring, coaching, and developing others

• No restriction to travel both in and out of Turkiye

• No military obligation for male candidates

• Valid B class driver’s license 


Job Description

• Reporting to the Sales Director

• Develops sales strategies to increase business.  

• Regularly reviewing customer portfolios jointly with the Sales Team.

• Executes the sales plan and is responsible for achieving objectives in regards to revenue, volume and contribution for the corresponding.

• Directly supervises, manages and controls the sales team function according to the guidelines set by his/her direct superior. 

Preferred Candidate

More than 5 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
