Graduation from Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or related departments,

Having worked  with at least 5 years of active international sales and management experience in the food field,

Experienced in food additives and B2B sales,

Advanced knowledge of foreign trade legislation,

Advanced level of written & spoken English,

High negotiation, communication, managerial skills & developed sense of responsibility,

Presentable, customer-oriented, with problem-solving skills,

No restrictions on domestic and international travels.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Valuating and reporting the trends and parameters of the food gelatin and collagen market,

Developed detailed sales strategy for new markets and lead customer development,

Developed the existing food gelatin and collagen market,

Data-driven sales analysis and  to report,

Contributed to the growth and development of the company's turnover,

Prepare, implement, update action & follow up plans in order to achieve sales targets,

Conducting market analyses both for domestic and international markets,

To create the customer portfolio within the target markets

To carry out routine customer visits in the target regions in order to realize the sales targets,

To represent the company in international and domestic exhibitions employing related marketing material such as presentations and product samples

Follow-up of all processes related to offers, contracts, shipments and collections within the scope of Foreign Trade.
