We invite Senior Finance Specialist candidates who will add value to our company with their ideas and experiences to be a part of the GÜROK Family.

Location: Kartal / Istanbul

Responsibilities:

* Lead and follow all financial transactions (daily & weekly) and manage cash flow.

* Responsible for preparing the instructions for all banking services and registration of all records for financial transactions.

* Managing relationship for banks, financial institutions, securities, valuation, rating, and audit companies.

* Preparing reports and providing necessary documents for internal & external stakeholders.

* Keeping banking service and facility agreements.

* Developing and improving digital innovations & projects for reducing complexity and manual procedures.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor`s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.

* Min. 3 years of operational experience in banking.

* High proficiency in MS Office.

* Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and ability to manage multi-projects with prioritization.

* Ability to improve business processes, project management skills.

* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with teamwork-oriented behaviors.

* Fluency in English.
