QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering,
• A career objective in soft drinks industry,
• Preferably, experienced in industrial food industry, aseptic filling and bottle filling production,
• Able to analyze the expectations of customers and the market accurately,
• Able to contribute new product & recipe development & improvement processes with her/his creativity and industrial knowledge from laboratory to production,
• Willing to continuously learning and self-improvement,
• Having excellent communication skills,
• Having good analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
• Having advanced knowledge of English,
• Having high organizational and coordination abilities,
• Having no obstacle to travel.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Initiating R&D processes and planning product trials in the process of developing new products, flavors and/or existing products, flavors in line with requests from sales and other departments,
• Developing new projects on R&D matters that will contribute to the Corporate structure as well as the food sector, and making continuous literature reviews, analysis and benchmarks for related topics of existing projects,
• Design of product recipes and preparation of new product specifications and documentations,
• Planning tasting activities, samplings and preparing comparison tests with competitor products,
• Following all national and international legislation and, if necessary, reorganizing the product range and/or contents,
• Supervision of the production processes and follow up of the coordination process,
• Continually updating Management on the competitive environment (products and markets),
• Monitoring the market analysis, undertake actions, create strategies and run projects on technical R&D,
• Providing relating information and data to related departments for marketing activities,
• Cooperating with international networks.
