GENEL NİTELİKLER VE İŞ TANIMI

Gürok Group has increased its awareness and power in the market with its successful leader and senior management team in its journey to become a worldwide brand offering innovative products and services. As of this point, it has started to work to increase its speed in business applications, customer experience and practices, digital products and services and technology in order to support its development, main strategy and business transformation. In alignment, it renewed its Information Technologies structure and carried out digital transformation planning and road map studies. It has adopted a new generation organizational structure; operating model and technology, in which the technology teams will especially be fully integrated with business units, and where business knowledge and technology will serve the digital transformation in the most efficient way.


In its digital transformation journey, Gürok Information Technologies Team is looking for an “ERP Solutions (Finance) Assistant Manager ” who will be directliy report to Head of Enterprise Resource Planning. In this long journey, our teammates will take part in the digital transformation and technology projects, and its works in the fields of innovative product and services planned for its domestic and international companies.


Who we are looking for?


  • Having minimum 6 years of experience in the field of Finance & Financial Affairs,
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning programs and financial solutions.
  • Experienced in ERP integration and development projects,
  • Infor LN knowledge is a plus,
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Having an analytical mindset, high problem-solving skills and coordination skills,
  • Following technological developments and new software development methods/platforms, open to research and self-development,
  • Able to communicate effectively with business units, solution-oriented.


What You’ll Be Doing?


  • Responsible for software development activities in accordance with the software, development methodology and business plans in ERP – Finance & Financial Affairs processes,
  • Managing the needs, report and contribute to the development process by making business process analysis,
  • Taking part in ERP platform and integration projects with other programs,
  • Working as a team and developing projects in order to improve the process,
  • Collaborating with end users and making adaptations on relevant modules in line with their demands,
  • Carrying out documentation and process follow-up,
  • Following and apply technological developments closely.
