QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Respect and execute the Corporate Brands strategy :Marketing Activation plan (Brands, Categories, …)
Customer Function Rules
Align Offline/Online business goals and strategies with Guidelines
Develop a long-term trust relationship with a portfolio of major clients:by developing value creation on both side
By piloting the maximum profitable global development of our commercial activities
By convincing the customer to select SEB as Category Captain in key categories and collaborate with our Trade Marketing team
Organize at least one a year TOP2TOP meeting with key customers
Expand the relationships with existing and potential customers in a win-win collaboration by acquiring a deep understanding of key customer needs and requirements Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Resolve any issues faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Follow financing issues and manage risks (Payment/Coface insurance …)
Optimize our Revenues & Profit :Successfully negotiate Annual Trade Terms contract
Create a Yearly Key Account Plan by categories
Build a Joint Business Plan with the customers including Online and Offline activities
Maintain a good balance between the regular and promotional business
Optimize the costs and return on investments (head of gondola, leaflets, demo, POS material, etc...)
Develop our Market Share for both SDA & All categories:Increase and control quantitative and qualitative assortments by including minimum twice a year the new products
Organize training products sessions with the appropriate service to deliver the best sell out
Strongly involve in forecast process within the subsidiary Promote offers
Specific product forecast
Trend and needs / category & keys products
Introduce the way to work with Category ManagersBinomial aligned to manage the relationship with the customer
Clear roles & responsibilities defined within the binomial
Clear, regular & shared fed back within the binomial & with others KAM / Cat Man
MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:
Education: University degree in Sales or Business Administration
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in sales in consumer products
Language: Fluent English level (Written and Spoken)

- Effective communication and negotiation skill with aptitude in building relationship at all organizational levels
- Good trade knowledge of his/her environment (competition, brands, innovation, digital breakthrough)
-Understanding of the channel structure, market and customers
-Ability to analyze results and identify and explain any variances from targets
-Ability in problem-solving and negotiation and ability to manage conflicts
-Ability to work under pressure and to drive change
-Highly self-motivated
-Disciplined and rigorous
- Excellent proposal writing
- Self initiatives and highly independent to perform his activities
- Ability to be pro-active and play a role in new business developments
